A legacy of craftsmanship, reimagined.

Chris Correia is a trailblazer, artist, designer, and gemologist who began her journey in jewelry at sixteen, inheriting her uncle’s tools and discovering a lifelong calling. Working diligently to master her craft, her design career began at the Rhode Island School of Design, proceeded to the GIA where she earned graduate gemologist certification in both diamonds and colored gems. She then attended Sir Johns Cass college of Art in London and completed her studies in Pforzheim, Germany.

After 3 years of designing and making jewelry abroad in London and Germany, Chris returned to the USA and founded Chris Correia Collection in NYC, incorporating the international concepts she curated abroad. She blended her European influences with a sculptural, elegant sensibility.

Her work—crafted in platinum, gold, and fine gemstones—has been carried by Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Saks, and galleries internationally, earning recognition for its timeless design and refined craftsmanship.

Sasha Degraeve-Correia is a designer with a deep understanding of design history, a sharp editorial eye, and a gift for storytelling, Sasha brings a contemporary voice to the brand’s foundation.

Her relationship to jewelry began in childhood, shaped by the rhythm of life in her family’s studio. Raised in a home where both parents worked in the industry, she grew up attending trade shows, assembling marketing mailers, and watching ideas come to life around the dinner table. By age eight, she was carving wax and coiling jump rings at her mother’s bench.

She studied jewelry, sculpture, and photography at Tufts University’s School of the Museum of Fine Arts, and continued her training in gemology, merchandising, and product development at FIT, as well as goldsmithing at the Revere Academy. Her early career included antique jewelry sales, bench work, and quality control—building a foundation rooted in both technique and tradition.

In 2025, Sasha joined her mother to help lead the next chapter of Chris Correia Jewelry, bringing a thoughtful, modern perspective to the brand’s evolving legacy.
