Merchant Policy


At Chris Correia, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.
Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item.

ORDERS:

  • Orders are taken by phone. Call 212-695-4711 between 9-5 Mon-Fri for details.
  • Price quotations are always approximate and not guaranteed until order is confirmed and payment is made.
  • Custom orders take approximately 4-6 weeks but will depend on specifics of order and time of year.
  • Rush jobs may be accommodated but there may be an additional charge.
  • All engagement ring price quotations are excluding the center diamond unless otherwise specified.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY:

  • We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Chris Correia offers returns on ONLINE STOCK ORDERS ONLY and must be received within 10 days of receipt. To return an item it must be unused, undamaged and within its original packaging. Return items will be checked by Chris Correia to confirm that they have been returned unworn and in the same condition as they were sent. Following this, your payment will be refunded back to your original payment method. Chris Correia reserves the right to refuse any returns. Chris Correia cannot accept returns or cancellations of special orders, sized or engraved items or items which show signs of wear.
  • If you are unhappy with the item or it arrives in damaged condition, please email us at chris@chriscorreia.com or call 212-695-4711.
  • All custom orders including ring sizings are non-refundable and non-returnable.

EXCHANGES:

  • Within 10 days of receipt, a stock order item in unused, unaltered and saleable condition with its original packaging may be exchanged for another. If the newly selected item is at a lower price than the item being exchanged, Chris Correia will issue a refund.
  • If the newly selected item is at a higher price than the item being exchanged, the difference will be charged. Chris Correia cannot accept exchanges of special orders, sized or engraved items or items which show signs of wear.
  • All credits will be issued to the original credit used for the transaction.

COMPARISON PURCHASING:

  • To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly. CUSTOMERS DIAMOND:

  • If you will be supplying a diamond for us to use in the center of one of our engagement rings, please call our office to discuss details prior to shipping @ 212-695-4711

SHIPPING:

  • Chris Correia online deliveries require the signature of an adult over the age of 18 upon delivery. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Chris Correia does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Chris Correia accepts online orders for shipment to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship overseas.
  • We generally ship fully insured with FedEx Second Day Delivery or USPS Priority and therefore we are unable to ship to a PO Box and signature is required upon delivery.
  • Complimentary Shipping and Handling (Domestic Only)
  • Please note that orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday and should arrive within 3-5 business days from ship date. Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery is not available. A signature will be required for all shipments at the time of delivery.
  • Stock Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours when possible.
  • All items marked “Made to Order” will ship within approximately 4 to 6 weeks, depending on specifics of order and time of year.
  • Please note shipments to Alaska, and Hawaii may take additional time.

PAYMENT:

  • We accept cash, checks and PayPal.
  • Full payment is due before any order is produced or processed.

SALES TAX:

  • Sales tax will be charged as required by state and local tax laws .

APPRAISAL:

  • Available upon request-fee charged.
